The range of services in heavy acid-proof construction extends from acid-proof tiling and slab linings to brick linings with ceramic stone material in a wide variety of formats.
Our acid-proof ceramic linings are installed according to your requirements in combination with sealing layers of rubber linings or coatings with DIBt approvals.
Only special acid-resistant synthetic resin mastics based on potassium silicate, epoxy, phenolic, vinyl ester and furan resins are used for laying and grouting the ceramic linings.
Whether catch basins, gutters, tanks or process vessels, where extreme conditions such as aggressive chemical exposure, high temperatures and mechanical stress prevail, the structures and technical equipment must be effectively protected against corrosion and the environment effectively protected against substances hazardous to water.
