Our activities includes demolition of the old floor, detour of escaping media (since the area was being rehabilitated in full operation), leveling of the slope, sealing with a rubber coating, connection to an existing gutter, formation of a new gutter and laying of the acid-proof slabs.

A special challenge for our installation team was that the area had to be rehabilitated under full operation. Despite the difficult conditions, more than 35000 kg of floor material and over 5000 pieces of acid-proof slabs were installed in approx. 1800 working hours.

The remediation eliminated dangerous tripping hazards for employees and created a dense floor. If the soil was permeable, water contamination could occur. Thanks to the new soil, contamination of the environment by chemicals can be ruled out.
